VAT will be displayed at checkout where applicable.

We ship to most locations on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties will be included in the final purchase price at checkout.

Some destinations will have a custom duties threshold where orders under a certain amount are exempt from taxes and duties. Please contact your local customs bureau to find out if your country/region has such a threshold.

Delivery Processing Time

Before we can send your order, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum.

Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 48-hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched.

While we aim to ensure that all orders are received when expected, delivery to a remote destination is not always guaranteed to arrive within the specified shipping timeframe.

Tracking Your Order

Once your purchase is on its way to you, we'll send you an email with a link so you can track its progress. You can also follow your order via our site by signing into your account.

Signing For Your Purchase

You can rest assured that we'll keep your purchases safe until they've reached you - promise! Your order is insured against theft and accidental damage during delivery. Once your purchases have been delivered to the specified address and signed for, they are no longer covered by insurance.

Return Policy

Returns or exchanges are permitted, provided the customer purchased the product through website and it is within 7 days of the receiving date. Please contact us if you need to return or exchange. Goods must be returned within 7 days of receipt date - unworn and contain all the original packaging and labels. We will credit your original method of payment, excluding re-stocking / processing fee and return fee. All shipping costs associated with the return of goods are the responsibility of the customer.

All packages should be sent via a trackable method, such as US Mail Delivery Confirmation, UPS, or Federal Express. We are not responsible for packages lost in transit. Once we receive your return, please allow up to 5 business days to complete your return or exchange.

Refunds

You can track the status of your return while it's on its way back to us.

As soon as we've received and taken care of your return, we'll be in touch by email to confirm that your refund has been issued.

Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.

Our Returns Policy

Items should be returned new, unused and designer garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, marked or altered will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

Where provided, belts and any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags and leather tags should be included with your return.

Please notify Customer Care if any of your purchases have been delivered without tags. You will need to request a return before sending your items back to us.

SHOES

All shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface until you are 100% sure you are keeping them. Shoes should be returned unmarked and in their original, undamaged shoe box as this is considered part of the product. Shoes that are returned without a box, in a damaged box or with scratched soles will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

FAULTY GOODS

Goods are classified as faulty if they are not of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose or as described. Please note that items which are damaged or as a result of normal wear and tear; by accident; or through misuse will not be considered faulty.

If your item is faulty when you receive it, you can return it for a refund within 30 days from the date you received it. If you have owned your item for longer than this, and certainly over 6 months, then please contact Customer Care.

COLORS

We have made every effort to display the colors of our products that appear as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors and devices may vary, we cannot guarantee that your screen's display of any color will be completely accurate.

REPEAT RETURNS

We offer a flexible returns policy to make your online shopping experience even easier. We do monitor the number of returns made by customers, and continued returns will be flagged and potentially refused at our discretion or lead to the closure of your account.
